Currently, Shopdseralz cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. Please ensure your shipping address is valid and complete to avoid delays.

Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after the item has been shipped.

If you receive a damaged item, please retain the packaging and send us photos of both the item and the packaging so we can process your claim.
